Hello, and welcome, I will keep this short, I hope. This "group" was created so I could archive my wise words on the e-paper of Steams Curator. I do like to write reviews as a hobby. No, I do not aim to be some sort of professional reviewer. My reviews are purely subjective, corny at times, edgy at others, with plenty of other fun stuff, as that's who I am, and will always try and bring a part of myself into my work.

I have no scale to rate games, I simply tell you if I enjoyed it, why, or if I didn't. You can decide for yourself if you wish to purchase the said game at full price, on sale, or wait till it's given away for free. Because over the years I've learned one very important thing - people value money differently. I don't specialize in any genre, I just play whatever I fancy and see as interesting.

But one thing I should note is gameplay is king for me. Well, most of the time. Walking simulators and Telltale-Esque games I judge mainly on the quality of their stories. Thus, if the gameplay loop, in any game outside of the exceptions, managed to occupy my attention and provide a fun time, I will probably end up recommending it. That doesn't mean I won't criticize its shortcomings. But they don't weigh much on my imaginary game-judging scale.

A Sv. Prolivije Game of the Year List 2023

After countless hours of labor spent over the past 6 months, this passion project of mine is finally done. Now all of you lovely people can experience it (hopefully it will be a pleasant one). Three things served as inspiration for this little undertaking of mine: a Reddit post I saw some years ago, ShillUp's reviews in PDF format exclusive to his Patreon (dunno if he still does this), and my time with SGM (SteamGifts Magazine) last year. They all shared one thing—delivering to users that old-school gaming magazine feel. But this isn't really a gaming magazine; it's just a fun way I found to commemorate my Game of the Year list for 2023.

And I chose to do this for the top five games I played last year, diving into completely new territory to accomplish that goal—graphic design. It offered me a completely new and fun creative outlet compared to the simplistic and limited Steam's review system. I had tons of fun testing the limits of what is and isn't possible here. As this is my first undertaking in this field, any feedback is welcome. Hopefully, I didn't let any silly mistakes get past me. I edited this for the past day or so, like a madman, making sure it's perfect for the public eye.

I'm taking a break from writing. Well, for a while at least. This decision comes from me having a certain pet-project I want to complete before the end of the year. Sadly, I don't think I'll have time to bless you with more funky reviews until further notice, which is a shame, given I've reached a big milestone recently. I even have to postpone my masochistic quest of finishing, and reviewing, all Assassin's Creed games before Mirage hits Steam. I will do it (someday) and return to writing on a more frequent schedule when I manage to complete my project. But as of writing this, I have to press "Pause" on writing and playing games so I can fully commit to the project, which I hope you'll enjoy when the time comes.

For those reading this in the future, don't worry, I've not been sucked into a slav void, or worse, captured by American spies. I'm just focusing all my energy on something, which I think will turn out pretty cool.
