Hi all

Everyone post serious tips. I want this team to share knowledge so we can work more cohesively as a team. It could be for specific parts of maps/campaigns or just general ♥♥♥♥ like "don't die."

Here are a few of mine.

Dead Center; Streets:

-Survivors: Just run for it. The very beginning allows infected a perfect setup for a win. Running for it will catch infected off guard since they are probably setting up at the roof and behind the fences.

-Infected: Assume the worst and set up as fast as you can. The roof is a prefect camping spot for just about every infected type other than chargers.
If the survivors attempt the tips I posted above, it would probably be best to run towards the safe room and drop down by the bus. Then you can catch them when they pass by the bushes on the other side.

General Tips:

-Survivors:
For most campaigns, they mindset you want is a "controlled rush." Go as fast as possible, but stay together.
DO NOT KILL ALL COMMON INFECTED. There IS a game limmit on common infected. If you can sneak around and only kill only the ones that attack you, horde rushes will be much smaller and shorter.
Always have at least one person watching the team's rear.
Everyone should contantly check behind them to make sure everyone on the team is within eyeshot.
Although speed is essential, never cut corners too close. A jockey, boomer, charger, or hunter could be hiding. Try and move as far back from corners as you can.
Do NOT fall behind. Infected like to pick on straglers.
Always help who needs it most, or whoever is of most use to you. Use common sense.
Tanks will try and incap you with cars and dumpsters. Try and move between static objects that could block these objects (i.e. telephone polls, trees, solid bushes, etc.)

-Infected:
ATTACK AS A TEAM. If you can spare a few seconds to wait for another teammate to spawn, then wait. Every round has the potential to end at the very beginning if the infected attack as a team.
As a hunter or a smoker, try to attack straglers. If you attack within close range of the team, you will only get about 0-4 hits on your victim.
Spitters should combo with other infected whenever possible. You should also try to spit when the majority of the opposing team is stuck in one spot. Spitting on incap'd players when someone is attempting to help them is good too.
