Recruitment Contest Ideas?

So I have been thinking about having some kind of contest to promote bringing more people and players into our community.

If you like this idea let me know, I was thinking of having recruitment contest where for every person you recruit you get points and at the end of the month the person with the most points get a FREE game.

Now, for each month the NEW members that people bring in have the opportunity to join in the contest but also with each month they remain a member the original recruiter gets a certain amount of points for that month...if you this idea has potential let me know.

We are interested in branching out and making the community more active. Let me or Dragon know if you have any other ideas. THANKS!
