Differences between .png and .jpeg

The avatar takes up around 3 to 4 percent of the average user's screen.

* jpg: 38.5 KB
* png: 29.5 KB

Unless you care about the differences that the jpeg version introduces, you shouldn't mind the jpeg file format for images.

*note jpg: 28.5KB MIA when uploaded to IMGUR. 32.5KB MIA when uploaded to Steam Community.

**note png: When using portable network graphics, posterize the images for the best file compression+quality possible.


The png image shows exactly what I saw when I saved the image.
