Hi guys, I am sure change comes as no surprise, with the size that this clan is now and the rate we are growing we need to make changes within the clan to accommodate everybody’s goals and expectations, just recently things have become rather “Sloppy” and some members are feeling a little left out so to speak, I propose the following with the hope to give every single one of EPC a chance and a choice, if you do not agree with something here or you need some clarification on any of the points, please ask Myself, Woody or Tyrant.

What the plan is:
We want to know who would like to play as part of a fixed squad; this is simply a squad of 6 members that will play in Edom games together, they will practice together and hopefully gel together as a team so they will learn each other’s game play and style. (I will explain more later)

If you want to play as part of a fixed squad, you will need to be enthusiastic about competing in black ops and you will need to be fairly active as you will be part of a team, if you have a busy schedule but still want to take part then this is also fine! We will be able to substitute you if you’re not available when a fight is booked.

If you do not wish to take part in fixed squads, please do not feel as if you will be forgotten!! You will not. All members that do not wish to be included in these squads will be known as our friendly army, you guys will take part in all of the clans Friendly matches against other clans and you will be given the opportunity to play as a reserve to any one of the fixed teams.

Please also remember, you will not be judged on you skill level, You will however be judged on your team play ability and this is what matters, you might not be able to shoot for shit but are an absolute master of communications, this is what wins wars, knowing what is going on around you, So please… don’t think that you are not good enough to take part.


What is going to happen?
Once I know how many of you guys want to play as part of a fixed squad I will divide the total number of members by 6, this will tell me how many teams we can create, For EG if 20 of you want to take part there will be 3 fixed squads and 2 left over so we will make two squads of 7 UNTIL we have enough players to make another squad of 6, so this means 4 new recruits OR if some of the Friendly army wish to take part.
Then Myself and the Senior admins will assign Team Leaders, the Team leaders will be the manager of their team and be promoted to JNR Admin if not already. The teams will be chosen by the team leaders and then approved by a senior admin to keep things fair. (There is more to this selection but admins will talk to team leaders about this).
Those of you that do not want to take part in fixed squads will be managed as you are now, matches will be booked and you will be asked to attend weekly training sessions.
As more recruits come through and are approved, if they want to take part in fixed squads we will assign them to an existing squad until we have enough to make a new squad of 6.
