Most of us are older, so be mature and be an ADULT about what you say and do.
We need players that are better than us, (who'm seem to be hard to find), so that we can improve our gameplay as a whole, not individuality.
Getting into the {ESR} Clan does not mean you automatically get full admin rights. You will have to work your way up to that level as well. We will brief you on how to get to full admin rights when you are initiated as a new recruit.
We will also tell you when and how you will be a part of the clan, as you will have to meet a certain requirement in order for voting you in posssible. We are very careful and diligent on the players we recruit, as we will are training for leagues and have frequent scrims with other clan.
