A group for those who seek non-toxic players in DOTA 2

DOTA 2 is a wonderful game, but the community could hardly be any worse. If you find yourself put down by all the trolls in this game, come aboard! Every person here is not a troll (even though we might have our bad moments...), and was added for that precise reason.

Often I am asked... about what people I play with (by other people I played with). And why? Because I pick DOTA friends carefully. There are many nice people out there, but they're all too often hard to come upon. Thus, there is a need for groups like this.

- Don't ruin other people's game (no griefing, trolling, feeding, etc.).
- Be reasonable! Assume good faith from suggestions, and don't tell people to STFU on the 1st thing they say you disagree with.
- Only invite players that are, by these rules, people others might want to play with. There is no maximum nor minumum MMR, only attitude matters.
- Help us grow! Invite people you know would like to be in a group like this and respect these guidelines.
- Hold others in at least the standard you hold yourself. Don't shout at every mistake of theirs doing nothing to correct yours and not listening to them.
- Be quicker to commend than to report. Reports should be reserved for attitudes mentioned in the 1st guideline, *purpositedly* disrupting one's game. Recommendations ought to be shared, and good behaviour lauded when a community is in such bad shape as DOTA's is

- we don't all speak perfect English, but attempt to communicate as possible
- we play to have fun, even though for some fun might be a challenging ranked match, and for others a pub stomp
- we have very different skills and ranks
