Donate a hat/weapon a month for new players (doesn't have to be just once a month)

New players seem to lack many weapons and hats when they start tf2, this group is to help them get weapons and cosmetics. (to donate look for people who have low play time on tf2 and see what is in their inventory, then trade the hat or weapon to them to them)
