Thanks authoritarianism!

Due to a recent kerfuffle over personal disagreements with several members, the previous admin locked down most of the group features after having made threats to employ admin powers to end said disagreement.

Several days after that, I created a second backup group of sorts for us to use while this lockdown went on, which we're still presently using.

A little over a week after the locking down of the original group, the previous admin seems to have purged all 1200 or so members before leaving the group himself, thus wiping the group out of existence.

I have since re-claimed this group's name and url, though all the posts apart from those in archives are lost.

For now, we seem to be using the second group, time will tell if we decide to revive this one or keep it as a sort of historic placeholder.

Hello and welcome to our little corner of Steam. You've probably reached this place by way of an invite, usually sent to those who have made a constructively criticizing forum post about a game in early access. Allow me to explain our purpose.

We here at DA are a "consumer support group" specializing in Steam Early Access titles. The idea is to be something of a watchdog for games abusing the Early Access program, and also to push for reforms on games that are clearly abusing the system. We're also here for you to vent your frustrations to a sympathetic ear, without the worry of a banhammer being swung in your direction.

That said, if you intend on joining us, we have a few simple rules we ask you to observe:

1. No trolling. This extends to forums in which we are active as a group.

2. Respect your fellow members. Disagreements and arguments are fine, just attack the argument not the person giving it.

3. Follow Steam's forum rules/guidelines at all times.

That said, we are a public and open group. Anything said here is visible to the general public, and anyone is welcome to join. Any member is free to invite anyone they would like.!
