TEAM STRATEGIES!

As you can see by the headline, we need to work ASAP on our team and grow strong with our Gameplay, strategies and instincts.
I'd like us to have a sort of regular in-house featuring just us with some friends.
My strategy to recruit before was to have 3 teammates against another 3 but because theres 5 of us I can get us a 6th friend and the 2 random player from each team, If they played impressively or above average standard was to recruit them.

We lack some numbers we need to cover up the other members that are often offline.
After we get the necessary numbers we can have our regular in-house with 4 against 4 random shuffle to help refreshen and build strong relationships with each members depending on each time they are different.
NOTE THIS, I have already organized our first team opponent I have a huge confident in us so please be online atleast 3 days a week.
