As seen on reddit(http://www.reddit.com/r/tf2/comments/s9hsw/the_perfect_map_dl_link_in_comments_not_my_map/), the Class Warfare server has the Saffron City map loaded (pic here http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/595842045456079331/AD8909F916170E02CEF9A6B14F8CD90365F460B4/) and running RIGHT NOW.

It's not in the rotation, but it's available for nomination in all the servers so rtv away.

If you want, you can download it at fastdl.steveh.org.uk/maps/pkmn_saffroncity_b2.bsp.bz2 or just download it through tf2 when you connect.
