Hello clerks, just a note about our fellow cLeRkS Jimbo Jones has had a serious heart attach last week. He was lucky to survived this one , the doctor said it was a Widow Maker.
The good news is he had 2 stents put in and tomorrow he is having a 3rd.
He is stable and in good spirits , and he seems to be recovering so far so good.

Please send good thoughts and prayers his way.

March 9th 1992 - January 27th 2024. She was 31 years young.
Even through hard times you were the best teammate, friend .
We all love you and miss you very much.

I joined this server today to play and it has a lot of maps and was fun to play.

Back in 2008 I was able to promote this concert Featuring Barry McGuire and John York "Trip in the Sixties". This concert is now available to watch through FirstServe Community Services of the South Bay to raise funds to help people in need during this hard time we are all facing. If you can donate $20.00 to watch this wonderful show , all of the funds go directly to the people in need .

Here is a "clerks history story I wrote back a few years ago

Some of you already know this story but it is good to tell it anyway, About 13 years ago a group of teenagers decided to form a clan since they enjoyed playing Counter Strike together. My Daughter Erin ( clerks august) , her then boyfriend Mike (clerks kain) , and my son Michael ( clerks rambo) and their friends started the clerks clan.
At first they went from server to server looking for a place to land as a clan together. After getting banned from a few servers ( not for cheating , but for owning everyone) they landed on the Nocturnal clan server.
Within a very short time , the owner of that server ( Nocturnal Mayhem ) decided to change the server name to Virtual Mayhem or VM for short. The server became a community server , with out a clan being dominate . So you had many clans playing there together with selected people as admins and Mayhem was still the owner.
To make a long story short , most of the clerks were admins there, and the server was a blast to play in. Over time Mayhem decided to let the server go, and one of our clan members clerks Mr Six took it over.
About 5 years ago it was decided to change the server to a gun game server, I personally don't enjoy gun game.
So I looked else where to play the standard 1.6 pub server.
As the original clan members grew older went to collage , and found other ways to have fun I took over the clan .
By the way the high school sweethearts August and Kain are now married!
So I was playing on the Mean Server , trying not to get banned , just having a good time pubbing.
I knew some people that I played with before I was playing on the server, Twisted Lidd and Evil Rubber Ducky who joined clerks to build the clan strong and make a server together. I also asked my good friend Devin to be part of the team , and then Achellies came on to be a support later. Most important to remember , M.T came on as a clan member and a group leader and has make a deep impact to our clan.
There are almost 90 clerks on the member list , some are current player and some come and go as they can .
Twisted Lidd coined the phrase "Just calm down" and that is what we as the clerks community wants our server to reflect what the young kids who started this clan wanted. A place where people could come play and enjoy each other with out the daily drama and have fun.
I hope this little story gives you a glimpse of the hard work and vision our community has gone through to get where we are today. In some ways we are just getting started, again .
