We only heal our own.

The Birdmen:
The Birdmen are a group highly aggressive and dangerous Battle Medics. We only heal our fellow Medics, and are always on the offensive. Operating in pairs, we rarely fight out in the open, using blind corners to ambush enemies.

Teamwork:
-Always remember to assist your fellow Battle Medics in the heat of battle.

-It is better to use your Ubercharge prematurely, rather than dying waiting an extra second.

-Always use teamwork and coordination to chain successful Ubercharges.

Movement / Escape Strategies:
-Use different types of cover (Payload Carts, teammates, etc.) to minimize the chances of being hit.

-Crouch-jumping is an effective way to leap over obstacles or fool opponents.

-Crouch to decrease the chances of being hit. Low barriers and foliage can be used to conceal your movement.

-Firing back at enemies will often discourage them into chasing you.

-Knowledge of HP/Ammo locations will be invaluable to your survival.

Weapons / Armaments:
-In order to be a successful Battle Medic, it is advised that you use the Ubersaw and Medigun in order to chain successful Ubercharges.

-The Blutsauger is primarily used as a defensive weapon when retreating. It is also used to arc several syringes on enemies from a distance, and to destroy Sentries effectively.

-The Crusader's Crossbow is used mostly on the offensive and can deal a large amount of damage if the user has good aim. Critical bolts can kill most classes in one shot, and if fired at teammates, will heal them in the heat of battle.
