The King of Bavaria, and Protector of the South German Federation, King Maximilian II of Bavaria has ordered the crown lands of South Germany freed under our banner, and lands will be returned to Wurttemburg, Nassau and Saxon States.

The King has declared a national crisis, in which Defence Forces are to be moved to predisclosed positions in the case of retaliation.
