So I just wanted to do some meat reviews on our canine friends if anyone was interested. I've only tasted a few. Three were pure breeds and one was a mix of labrador and pitbull.

So starting off I'll go with the Great Dane.

This has to be one of my favorites. If cooked improperly it can be rather tough, So adding ketchup or a higher quality A1 sauce would have to be a must and I would shy away from adding anything other than peppers and maybe onions. However, letting it thaw out properly or even prepared fresh will maintain the juices leaving the texture feeling like you're eating pork chops. That being said, I find that the Great Dane has a rich sensation that'll make you want to engorge until you're bursting. It's delicious.

Second on the list is the Poodle. This meat is a little on the sweeter side. There were times even without much spice added I felt like I was eating chicken with a light mix of sugar and garlic. It's odd but if cooked closer to raw, it leaves a lot of the nutrients that you miss out on and gives you that cotton candy texture, but without the sugary taste to it and more the chicken. While not as melt-worthy as the Dane, the sweet taste to it makes up for it.

Third, there's the Husky. I have to say, if you're the type that typically goes into a restuarant and just wants a 'burger or steak and fries' style of entre, this is the K-9 for you. After being plucked, skinned and prepared medium or close to burnt, a lot of the taste is still left over in the meat with a crispy-around-the-edges coating. Think marinated rib meat without the bone. Very mild toughness with a lot of chewing action. For a quick in-and-out sort of deal, this is the meat for you.

Lastly we have the Lab / Pit mix. I wasn't able to get ahold of either or by themselves, because labs are hard to come by believe it or not, and the pitbulls usually have to be shot instead of because at any given time, they freak out like lambs, and the blood spoils the meat. Anyway, i have to say this is one of those special accosion ordeals. If you can get it smoked and grilled or even prepared over a bonfire on a skillet, marinate it with BBQ (special NC recipe if you can get your hands on it and willing to spend a few extra dolloars) dear lord, you will get major itis. Has the texture of beef but a little on the softer side as it isn't a full Pit. Salty flavors with a hint of bay leaf and sage. Wow, just wow. Side of greens of your choice and you will have any woman in a 50 mile radius dropping her drawers in no time.

That's all for now. I'll keep an update as I try more.

I think anyone who uses the world 'literally' in any supurfluous way should be locked up in pillories for everyone to see with a sign next to them that says 'Throw ♥♥♥♥ at me, literally'

If you eat sugar free candy, or sugar free ice cream, it'll make you have massive ♥♥♥♥♥ and gas. One night I had what was probably a whole bag of those caramel chewy candy pieces. While I was on my third ♥♥♥♥ / fart fest, I looked up what it was that caused this god-tier diarrhea. Apparently there's an ingredient in the candy that acts as a natural sugar but not in the way that'll break down like sugar would, but still causes your lower intestines to release a lot of water into your bowels to flush you out. Thus, you ♥♥♥♥ like there's no tormorrow. 4.5 lbs were lost that night.
