Right-click Batman: Arkham Origins on Steam and select Manage -> Browse Local Files.
Navigate to Online/BmGame/Config and open the DefaultWBIDVars.ini.
Find “BaseUrl=”https://ozzypc-wbid.live.ws.fireteam.net/””, then remove the “s” in the “https.”

This fix originated from the following mod that adds cut content to the Singleplayer and fixes multiplayer functionality and is featured below.
