Because when you've grown up on porn sprays and Steam has visual novels (hentai), why not?

On August 31st, I created my first Garry's Mod addon. It's a mod that's near and dear to my heart, that I downloaded from DigitalUtopia.org almost a decade ago—Alyx Nude.

It was very important that I posted Alyx Nude to the workshop. Because of the way that the model is compiled, the Alyx Nude model has to replace the original Alyx model. This means that I could not use fast downloads to transfer the model, I had to use the Steam Workshop.

My model enjoyed some moderate popularity for two weeks, until on September 12th, I received this email:

> Your Steam Workshop item DigitalUtopia.org - Alyx has been banned because it violates the Steam Terms of Service. The item is now only visible to you.

This is complete hypocrisy Valve. The Steam store now has visual novels, which are really just hentai with an actual plot. And how many porn sprays have I seen in the past 10+ years of playing Counter-Strike: Source, Garry's Mod, and other Source engine games? You can sell us pornography, but we can't post adult content to the workshop?

Therefore, the members of this group petition you, Valve, to add an "Adult Only" flag available to every Workshop item. This will prevent anyone with Family Sharing or underaged from viewing mature content. The entire Steam community shouldn't have to pander to 12-year olds.
