With the website finally starting to be designed and programmed, today is the day where I'm looking for others to help add content to the site. If you have always wanted to try your hand in reviewing software and hardware, write large in-depth articles, and even podcasting, but have never got the chance or have never tried it before, then raise your hands if you're interested. Even if you are an experienced journalist, it would be great to see if you are interested in helping out in some form or other.

The website is quite ambitious, however I'm releasing one script at a time, this is to help focus the website development. So in order of what's being developed for the next month:

Article - Features: These articles will be in-depth that can be anything from interviews, game analysis, and anything you feel would be interesting for the reader.
Database - Games: This will hold all of the games that are past, present, and future. Within each of the game's database item will be several sections that are tied to various articles on the site, where to buy them from, and any other media related to them.
Let's Plays: Any videos that are created will need to be uploaded to the AJGN YouTube channel. If the Let's Plays are live then you can stream via the AJGN's Twitch or YouTube channel.
Podcasts: These won't be live initially, but we are planning to start our first podcast segment. Ideas are still being thrown around on what it will contain.

As time passes, more and more sections of the website will be added. If you're interested in helping out on the above (initially) then please comment below.

Discord channel ready for action

For those with Discord you can now join our channel by clicking here[discord.gg].

If you don't know what Discord is then it's a chat application similar to Slack. There are many chat rooms akin to forums but obviously real-time. Below the chatrooms are voice channels where you can join various channels to chat with others over your microphone. This means that you don't need to use TeamSpeak or Ventrillo either.

What's even better is the fact that you can join many other Discord servers while still being able to switch between them all at the click of a button. Just remember to disconnect form the voice channel if you want to use another server. ;)
