May be setting up a Combat Area for ZCom...

This is only in the "thinking out" phase of the task. I am only thinking that we should use such combat units in time of which high civil unrest may occour.

I am also thinking about setting up a "Clearence Level" system on some servers for units that need specific access to enter a specific area, such as the Cryogenics Storage or Incineration Plant for instance.
