The War Walrus Arma 2 community.

What would the community of hosting a campaign style regular game event. I'm envisioning that on a regular date, a group of preassembled participants will take on specific roles in one long mission that is part of an overarching story or campaign. Think of it like playing a D&D campaign... except in Arma. For more reference, it would be sort of like Charle Foxtrot, except co-op and on a smaller scale.

If you like that idea and would consider participating leave a comment so that I can gauge opinion. I feel like this would be a good way to ensure regular Arma playing.

Okay, I've gotten a few people saying they like the idea. Enough people that I think I'm going to attempt to run it. I envision this as a relatively organised game, with static squads and designated leaders. If you would like to take part, please drop a comment below, and I'll try to refine things.

This is going to take some organising. at the earliest I see it starting at the end of the month. I'll probably try to schedule it for Saturday mornings/noonish (depending on time zones).
