Well I just got this today, and I have to say that I love it.

ok so, unfortunatley i am really getting burned out on css, and it is a lot of work to keep the servers running well, and I am also pretty busy. As you can see, this creates a problem. However, I would love it if someone else (expecially from this clan) could take over. I am not giving the server away free, because I have lost money on the whole thing, however I am willing to sell it for $75 (or best offer). Here is some info on the servers themselves:

RPG DM SERVER: 18 slots, 66 tic, payments are about $75 once every three months. It almost always has people on it, thus it is on many people's favorites list. It is ranked in the 84th percentile (according to gametracker.com) which means it is better than 83% of all the servers out there. If you were to purchase the servers, you could easily upgrade/downgrade the number of player slots. (server rented from http://www.gameservers.com/) Also, the gameserver account has a balance of $65 on it, so when the next bill comes may 29th, it will only be $11.

24/7 Texture: This server is new, rented from afgserv.com. This costs $20 a month for a 20 player slot 75 tic server. This server is not popular yet, infact it has pretty much been empty since I got it. This will take some work to get popular, heck we can even try changing the map lists.


So here is what it would cost for you:
$75 one time to me (or best offer)
$75 every 3 months for rpg server (I just payed, so the next bill is at the end of July)
$20 every month for the texture server (payments start in the beginning of mayish)
