Hello I am your new Administrator, your leder and master. How I got to be the Admin of ViET |B ^| is still something i don't know. Anyway i think someone should be upgraded to officer on ViET |B ^| . (so i can blame them if something goes wrong).

Who this lucky (or unlucky, if you don't want to become an officer) person is i don't know yet, but probaby I'll just randomly choose someone from the member list.
