Well, in collaboration with Stylee32, we've launched the Melee server again! You can connect via server browser or in your console type the following:

connect tf.stylee32.net

What happened in the past, is in the past - the banlist is currently 0, and let's keep it that way :)

Hope you're doing well!

A few months ago, I posted an announcement saying that the TF2 Melee Academy could see a return, only one thing was stopping me - The map that Frost had made.

However, after searching endlessly, I found the map and I have restored the server to it's full honour and glory (minus HLStats).

So, are you ready to absolutely rekt again in the only TF2 Melee Server? Come join us on 94.9.58.252:27015

Hey Melee Academy Recruits,

Long time no speak - how are we all?

I've been toying with the idea of bringing back the TF2 Melee Academy. I already have a dedicated server up and running and I'm already in the process of installing plugins again to bring it back to how it was.

However, there's just one thing. The map that Frost made has gone missing, I can't find it, Frost can't find and some other people that I've asked also, can not find it.

It would be a godsend if one of you guys had the map still.

Please go your TF2 Installation folder and browse for the map here:
steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\maps

If someone does find the map, it would make bringing the server back online, so much faster, and also give me more motivation to bring it back up too!

Dear Community,

The reason why we are closing the server is because myself and Frost play other games, have real life jobs to do and also other hobbies/interests and we can no longer support the server. We thank everyone who has donated because you allowed myself and Frost work on the server while you kept the server up. I have made sure that all donations will run out on the 1st of September.

I'm also going into my Final year of University and will also be starting/running a company along side my studies in Game Development so my time now to actually do anything with you guys is very low. This isn't what myself or Frost wanted because we wanted to make a community.

It has been a really fun time hosting a server for you with adding new plugins and running small events, and Frost has been thankful that you guys have enjoyed his TF2_Melee map creation.

Again, I am really sorry that the servers are closing down but I have renewed the server for 1 extra month and it will close on the 1st of September.
