The Connery and Emerald merger.

We all knew it was happening, the inexorably slow grind into oblivion. For some, this has been mere months. For others, it’s nearly a decade and a half.

Children have been born and raised. Graduations. Military services. Wars. Pandemics. Marriages. Divorces. Deaths. Births. Years of laughter, toil, frustration, and moments of glory.

Through it all, our lineage as an a community, an Outfit, has been through much. Home of 56RD, SOLx, and DRED, Unity was founded upon the TR Dogma of strength in diversity. Strength in Unity.

While we will all hold our own opinions and preferences for what the next server name will be, historically, we know it likely wont be the TR who decide… But us few TR have never been known to let that go quietly in the night.

Going toe to toe with the games most prestigious, tenacious, and skill concentrated outfits, TR forces have always had a clarion call with our names on it. “Where’s 56’s air?” “Where’s DRED’s armor?” “Where is SOLx’s infantry??” Yes, we all had our multi-skilled experts respectively, but those core reputations brought us together. Visiting coordinated violence upon those opposing forces has kept that Unity reputation going.

In honor of Unity and our time on TR Connery, and of PlanetSide 2, the following Part I and Part II events will be hosted.

UNITY will be providing the command structure and organization to run this event.

We need Infantry Players, Pilots, Tankers, Builders, and more to fight under UNITY'S Banner.

Command will be bringing in friends and allies to be part of our team. So, grab old players, new players, or friends from other factions or servers.
