Expanding

I'm looking into expanding this community a bit. I want to get a website going, and then possibly another server. Does anyone know how to build websites well? If you do, we may require your assistance, and it just might be worth your time. If we get another server going, what flavor should it be? (Flavor means kind. What kind of server should it be?). I also want to try and start a few events to go out and play TF2! If you want an event started, message Tlasan, or comment on this post.
