Hello everyone, this message is mainly aimed at all teamleaders and officers
i want a meeting to take place so we can all have a chat about our direction, recruiting, progression, stuff that concerns you, all the good and bad stuff, i want to hear it and have all the officers and teamleaders there to have a jolly chat, i think around 6pm sunday would be alright, not in the way of anything i know about, let me know if you cant make it

First thing first, i know i know i said i wanted to start doing these monthly but screw you guys, you can always ask me on the teamspeak to do more of these :P

So peeps and peepettes, its been fun lately, those that have been knocking around the Ts3 will know, we had a major rehaul of our structure, personnally i think theres a bit more to add, even though its more about long term structure with how its set out, it gives each arm, arm leader and special group some privacy,heck, theres even multiple open rooms (games rooms) now so if you are playing something and getting spoken over you can ship off to one of those.

Nice big Congratulations are in order for the following as they have been promoted to Arm Leaders.

Captain DarkNavari Is now the Senior MP

WO1 Lazurax has been promoted to lead the Logistics Group

WO1 CoreCaptain now Leads the Infantry

I believe that fills all the current open roles we had meaning that Officer Promotions are back on the Table for those that excel at given tasks or heroics, extreme stupidity (that ends up being epic mind) and other general stuffs.


Now then, officer stuff is very finicky due to our size as a clan (group, Cadre etc) the more members we get, the more fleshed out we can make the groups, meaning promotions are more likely due to leadership and command roles being opened up due to increased delagation, that leads back into the keep recruiting topic i rant about like once a month to everyone, but seriously, it would make a difference for us all.

Also, the Clan Distribution has Been Updated so check that out :)

I always want to leave on a good note and this time, its just a big thanks, a thanks to you guys that keep flying our colours, keeping active on the ts3 so we know how you are, getting involved and being in general very awesome
so keep it up :)

GREAT NEWS EVERYONE
So peeps and peepettes, we now have a teamspeak3 server AAAAALLLLLLL to ourselves, its ran by me, zhoutia, so you know its all good, we arent renting off some random guy, real, proper server hosting company, cost abit but itll help us all keep in contact and keep organised at the same time, dont be afraid to use it day to day, even invite some friend into it if you think theyde be interested in joining us in our adventures, mess ups, failures, successes and epicness!
of course try keep them in the open room so they arent running wild upon our ts3.
