We had another group confogl game tonight. Based on feedback i've changed a few things.

Firstly, medpacks will return to saferooms, only saferooms though ;) The good weapons will also make a comeback, except not in saferooms, so you'll have to find your wares elsewhere.

Tank spawns and witch spawns have also been reduced, tank every map just gets boring because you expect it. The chances are now 30% chance for a witch or tank (might be and, i'm not sure) except on the middle maps (anything that's not a finale or intro map) when tank chance will be 60%.

I have however buffed the witch a little bit, so far i've increased her activation distance by 50% and if she incaps you, her claws will kill you twice as quick. I'm also thinking of increasing her health to either 1500 or 2000, though i think the two things i've done so far could be enough to make people fear the witch again :D

Finally, you'll all be glad to hear, the changes made to the scoring system have now been changed back to standard scoring system. I might put back in some sort of health based bonus at some stage, however it won't be anything as high as it was before, maybe something like 25% of each survivors health for a max bonus of 100 if all survivors have full health.

I'm sure this won't sit well with anyone who plays confogl regularly, however this isn't a competitive group or a clan, it's for people who wanna have fun games and are sick of ragers, pubstomps, trolls, hackers and noobs.

Anyway...if anyone actually reads this ♥♥♥♥, give me some feedback on the changes i've made...if not, i'll assume you all approve of the changes and i'll just link you to this post tomorrow night when i tell you i've changed stuff and you ask what xD

Just had our first group friends only game, all went well apart from some admin noobieness on my part at the start. But it was a fun game :) We shall try to have another game tonight at around 12:30 or 1:00 GMT but if there's not enough people we may have to go public. There will be another friends-only game tomorrow night at 9 GMT, actually 9 this time and not 10 because of me forgetting to update the server...sorry guys, was drinking all weekend, forgot :P Anyway seeya tonight or tomorrow night.

So i went home for the weekend and come back and we've got 20 more members, very nice!

I wanna try play a group game tonight finally, game will be starting at about 9 gmt, friends-only so if the lobby doesn't fill we'll just make teams even and play with a bot each until another group member or someones friend joins. No pubs = No headaches ;)

Anyway, i'll send everyone who's online an invite around 9, if ya can come great, if yer in a game or busy with something else that's grand ;) Ya wont get 40,000 invites and someone nagging you over and over to play, that's for sure.

By the by, if group members want to use our server during the day then this is fine, it's in the steam group servers under The Pwn Shop and the IP is 85.234.148.137:27015 so feel free to use, try and avoid using it past say 8gmt though, i imagine that's when most group games will happen.

So yea, see you guys tonight ;)

We are going to put some custom maps on the server, all members should get these maps as they are uploaded as we will be playing on them as a group fairly often so you'll be missing out. Please use the link thats supplied as that will save confusion of versions.
