Sorry for the downtime, but the server is down and I've opened up two support tickets with the host company.

Only thing I know is that a gamepanel migration happened today, but that shouldn't have affected the servers. But, at this moment I'm unable to restart the server.

The server is back online. It seemed that a node went down and all servers on that node were restarting at the same time causing the slowness we were experiencing. Below is what the host company said after we submitted a high priority ticket.

The response from our server host:

The server node may have crashed or restarted a little bit ago. In that is the case, all the server on it would be restarting at the same time making loading up very slow. It may take 30-45 minutes to fully load up.
