Just Good Teammates

DESCRIPTION:
This is just a group for all the people worth playing with. I will invite new members as we meet them, so we can always have a database of reliable people to play with. I will retain all invitation powers for the meantime to make sure the group quality remains high. I will give certain individuals the power to invite once the group is firmly established.

MEMBERS:
Basically, members are added only once they've played with a variety of other members. The following is what I look for in members:
- General game knowledge. Primarily, experience and ability to think and react effectively.
- Communication. This is just vital for good games. Only those who communicate effectively will be added.
- Focus. This is greatly overlooked. A large amount of games are lost due to giving up or just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around. Focus is a KEY component of all members.
- Skill. You just have to have it to be in this group. You can have all of the things listed above and just have piss poor reaction time or aim. Its inevitably a factor.
- Teamwork. It's complicated and unique to every situation. You need to have both experience and awareness of the teammates/weapons/enemies around you and react quickly.
- Just fun to play with. No ♥♥♥♥♥. No annoying children. Normal, stable people.
- Also, we have a 3 game requirement. No one will be added until they've played at least 3 games in which we found all the above traits consistent. Typically, those 3 games will have multiple group members there to get a feel for how they fit into the group.
- ABSOLUTELY NO HACKERS. We play legit.

P.S. Sorry for the name Koala Crew. This is by no means "my group". It turns out all the normal group names are taken, so I just made it this. It is a community of players who are all equal and should play together as such. The invite power is only solely me until we all understand the rules in place above. Then, I will extend it to selected others.
