2) Most jokes are fine, but know what common decency is. Trying to joke about subjects like rape, molestation, and untimely deaths. That's bad form, and usually the fallback of the immature.
Be better than that.

3) Maturity. Am I saying be stuffy? no. Just act like an adult.

4) Loyalty. It's something that's built between people. To build it, we have to give ourselves over to the idea. So, in that spirit, look at those in this group as your crew, your brothers & sisters in arms. People who will have your back if you but have theirs.
No bad mouthing others in the guild to outsiders.
