Reign of Kings Whitelisted Server

Rules:

1. No Griefing of any kind! Robbing, KoS (Kill on Sight), Harrasment.

a) No Roping other players unless agreed upon for RP purposes or you are at War.


2. No Walling in Resources of any kind. (I.E.: Stone, Iron, Dirt, Clay.)


3. No Water gathering Buildings (You CAN create wells) What we mean is you cannot make a building to stand in protected & gather water by hand.


4. Realistic Bases Please. No Floating Bases, Towers, Bridges etc........ If you are building on a hill side, the walls have to go all the way to the ground. Any violation of this you, will have 2 choices. Fix it with an admin watching, or tear it all down and relocate!!

a) DO NOT BUILD STRUCTURES OUTSIDE YOUR GUILDS AREA. The only exception would be seige towers when you are at war.

b) Try not to use a lot of lighting objects. It seems they have been tied to lag issues.

c) DO NOT BUILD IN THE FLAX OR HAY FIELD OR WITHIN 100 METERS OF A OIL, STONE OR IRON NODE. Even with these restrictions, there is plenty of open land to build on. If you have to ask if its too close, Its probably too close.

5. To Declare war if you wish: You & your adversary must agree on terms of the war then both must post in the War Report Discussion.


6. Multiple Crests. If you are going to use multiple crests you may NOT have more than 3 leathers crests or 2 Iron crests(You may NOT have Multiple Steel Crests, 1 ONLY) & the borders of all must be almost/if not touching eachother. If you have any questions please ask.


7. Kingship Rules.

- The king may be Kos'd & Sieged (as long as he is online to defend himself) at anytime. He may also be taken hostage for ransom. If the king is killed, He must return to the sword bridge & remove all objects of his on the sword bridge then remove his crest.

-When the king is not online he must have the taxes at no higher than 3%, His throne may not be challenged while he is offline. If a king goes inactive for a length of time, we will allow a siege to usurp the throne.


8. New Life Rules Apply. If you are killed in combat, you may not retain information about who killed you & where & why you died. You also cannot run back to grab your gear, If a teammate in the area picks it up for you that is fine.


9. STEALING/DESTROYING OR OTHERWISE DEFACING COMMUNITY BUILDINGS IN THE FLAX FIELD, WILL BE DEALT WITH BY HARSH PUNISHMENT. These buildings were built for everyone on the map, for RP & Event purposes.


10. Have Fun!!! And above all, if your unsure of a rule please ask one of the admin.


Clarification of What you can do while at war:

-Please DO NOT declare war if your only wish is to steal resources from the other group. Have a fun reason to do so, and role play it through!
-You have free Reign to attack any memeber of enemy faction while at war at any time!!
-You may attack the bases with siege weapons to open the walls to attack inside a castle!(if both sides agreed to full war)
-If you wish to be sneaky, you may attempt to pick the locks on the doors, etc.....

-If you know the other group is offline, please be respectful to wait until they are online to defend themselves.
