5 Commendments

1. Everyday one must lower thy torso and head to the ground and raise thy puckered bum (this is to allow easier travel of spirits into the body)
2. When performing any action whatsoever one must insure to do their absolute best (this pleases the spirits)
3. Everyday one must perform the ancient ritual of Rak'laukuth'nokuba. During this ritual one lays down flat on thy chest and begins to chant "Praise be the mighty spirits. Praise be the mightly lord. Praise be to me, their faithful servent" say this while raising thy hand into the sky, imagine trying to grasp a ripe grapefruit
4. Never under any circumstance curse the spirits and their avatars
5. When finishing Rak'laukuth'nokuba one must remember to clean the surface of the inevitably acumulated "spirit juice" right now, early in thy ascension this juice will apear to be sweat, it is however the physical power of the spirt lords themselves manifested for thy use. Do not abuse this power.
