So if you have been paying attention to the last announcement, there has been plans to move on from the old brand of the Alfa Legion for various reasons - and one of the steps to be taken from moving on and becoming something else (and arguably something more) is the making of a new steam group with a new name.

Because Steam groups can't be renamed after their creation, for whatever reason.

At any rate, the new steam group is up - with our new name;

We're the Emperor's Bastards now, by community poll result, and for better or worse we're gonna stick to it.

There isnt any plans set in stone going forward quite yet, aside from continueing the same game nights and keeping the group as it always has been over there - a somewhat lighthearted Warhammer 40,000 Fan Group, with both gamers and newbie content creators alike (hopefully with way less memes though).

But because not everyone is gonna pay close attention, the steam group is gonna be advertised here for a little while along with the discord, so that people who are interested can come over, rather than continue lurking in what has essentially become a dead place - and we'll also still keep the Discord Link up here as well.

Its the same Discord that some of you may have heard of or are part of for some time now, but it will be also be advertised as the Emperor's Bastards Discord (here's the link again for you innatentive folks); https://discord.gg/8JADWhY

Its fine if its not your thing, or would ever be your thing - but this announcement is for those who are missing out and want in on some of the fun.
