The House of Solms is an RP group in the Westeros and Esseros teir.
Back Story: In a land called Fruhling far across the Sunset Sea lay the ancient court of Volland, this court ruled over Fruhling with ease, however Fruhling was lacking any room to grow, The Volland had already conquered all surounding regions, and established peace for 2 centuries. They looked towards the sea for expansion, Karl von Volland had sent scouts east, where the scouts came back reporting finding another land far across the sea. Karl'
s son Otto von Volland-Solms, along with hes brother Hicks von Volland-Solms, and Otto's three brothers and son set out with a vast navy, sailing east. Off the rocky coast line, carring the Volland banner with its signature Blue lion on yellow with blue peg they landed many troops. The house of tyrell, the ruling lords of the land the Invading army conquered put up little of a fight. Once the capitol of HighGarden fell to the invading troops, the invasion had to halt, it needed time to digest what it has done. Building a grand and new castle, Castle Braunfels inside HighGarden, Otto has now set up a court and is willing to deal with the remaining lords of Westeros and considers himself one of there own! Weither or not the newly founded House of Solms sinks or swims, only time, luck, fortune, knowledge, and a whole lot of politics will tell!
