This group is dedicated to building towns and settlements as well as countries and nations in Terraria. With many different towns, ideologies, and paths to go down, there are a multitude of choices for basing your settlement/nation off of. You can chose to be friendly or you can be competitive and go to war with other nations or towns. However, towns may have allies so whatever you do, make sure you're prepared. Diplomacy is also a good option if you want to stay neutral.
