We'll be attempting to do a Scrim with another team, I know it's quick notice however if you're able to make it that'd be awesome.

I feel, we should also start doing many practices soon, atleast twice a week, for instance wednesday and friday along with whatever Scrim's we have planned on weekends.

Here's a brief description of all roles we'll be requiring for this team, if you've read and understand this, feel free to pick one and request to join the team :).

Entry Fragger:
Self explanatory, you're the first one into the site, this will require you to have precise aim and decent spray, your job is to get as many kills possible, get information for the support and follow-up's and lastly to die even. If you can't get that initial kill, your only job is supply support with information to get the trade.

Support/Rifler:
Your job is to support the entry fragger, follow up on his entry to assist in securing kills. You're going to enter after our Entry to either trade kills, or help push onto a site. Fairly simple, however it's always good to know special grenade throws.

IGL/Caller:
This role goes beyond the requirement of great aim, spray ect. However, it does rely heavily on quick thinking and reading the opponents. For instance, make calls of where to go, who to go where, when and how to enter. You're the strategist of the team, learn as much map knowledge as you can, it's also always good to be able to read the enemies, to access their tendencies and bad-habbits.

AWPer:
Another self explanatory role, here you will just be another rifler, however you'll be equiped with the AWP as much as possible. You're going to be required to hit shots with the AWP. You have to have special skill to use this, if not we'll swap you out with the best AWPer on the team. Your rifling skills don't need to be above average, however it helps. As well as using the Scout rifle fairly well also helps.

Lurker/Flank:
Lastly, this role is very important to clearly kills of the scoreboard. Your job is going to be to listen for the call, and do similar to the reverse. For instance , if the strat is "A Split, AWP and IGL long, rest short," you're going to be slow B and kill rotations from either site. It's always good to know hiding spots, lurke spots and many other unexpected areas. Fairly simple to shoot someone in the back, but it becomes more difficult the further up.
