Explaining TNICA

Name Origin
I'm a big fan of history. And as you can see, I'm also Irish. So I thought, "Why not make a Steam Group that is a remake of people who shaped Ireland's future?" and The New Irish Citizen Army clicked in my head. The Irish Citizens Army were a group setup by a socalist union worker to protect workers on strike, as voilence between striking workers and police was common at the time. Overtime, the Irish Citizens Army became dedicated to Irish freedom (As Ireland was a part of Great Britan at the time) through violent rebellion, a move that earned it a spot in the 1916 Easter Rising, in which the Irish Republic Brotherhood, the Irish Volunteers, and the Irish Citizens Army, all gathered for an insurrection, but failed, and the three groups were disbanded in the surrender notice, yada yada yada, etc. etc. Suffice to say, I'm (technically) bringing it back.

Our Goals
TNICA, or The New Irish Citizen Army, is dedicated to:
1. Fighting for justice in several universes. Don't ask how we managed to get into different universes. We're just boss like that.
2. Ensuring every citizen of any country or race can join up and fight for our glorious army (on screens and with keyboards/mouses/remotes, whatever your weapon of choice happens to be)
3. Having witty banter playing video games with one another. Don't forget this one.

What games we play in

TNICA are currently playing in:

TNICA is operated by a simple democratic system: That is, major decisions, such as teaming or going to war, must be decided by a majority vote of all soldiers. More info, and the rules in this thread.

TNICA focuses around several 'principles', which involve freedom and fraternity for the people of the world. TNICA (and me personally) are a socalist group, meaning we are for the ordinary working people (No, we're not communist, so don't even ask, there's a difference between the two), which reflects the fact that our group is a 'hero' group, meaning we don't kill innocent people.

As you probably know by now, training starts today at half six in the evening (GMT). I'm considering changing this as it's too late for a few people. But I'd like to estimate the turnout. If you're able to make it to the training session today, please comment below. I already know JustBanter78 won't be able to make it because it's too late for him, but I'd just like to know for the rest of you.

Dia duit a fianna, (Hello soldiers, or God be with you, soldiers, depends on context)
Training will finally begin shortly! I don't have a server picked out, but it dosn't really matter, because all we really have to do is log into a random one that has enough space for all of us- after all, this is just training, and not an attempt at faction settlement.

I'm considering getting TS just to make communication in the group eaiser. If you have TS, stand by for IP. If you don't, I recommend you get it (look up 'ts3' on google).

Now, for the offical stuff:

EXERSISE NO.1 IN MILITARY TRAINING WILL BEGIN ON WEDNESDAY 29th OF JUNE, AT THE TIME OF 1830 HOURS OR THEREABOUTS. ALL SOLDIERS MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF TRAINING UNLESS SPECIFIED, OR THEY WILL FACE A BAN.
