We want to bring back the old Sandman.

We want to bring back the old sandman. We want the sandman to have the ability to either:

1. Completely immobolize the target victim up for a duration
OR
2. Temporarily strip the victim of his weapons and slow his movement.

For those who aren't aware, the Sandman had these abilities before and was regarded as useful and fun to use. Sadly it was nerfed...TWICE!

Our presence can't be ignored as our numbers grow. We'll only win in numbers. The more members we have, the better. We have to do this together if we want change.
