The Price Guard feels that it is only right to help people in finding common items so that their time can be better spent on finding items that are more sought after.

It is time for us to step up and take action.

None of The TF2PC Trade Bots are coded to make a profit off the people that are using them. They are essentially "free2trade" bots aimed at the low-level sectors of The Mannconomy in order to help stimulate upper-level sectors that indirectly depend on them. The idea is that if The TF2PC Trade Bot Network can provide a platform, or a "bottom floor" for common items, the uncertainty that comes with having to track down people that have an item you need (then have to haggle and barter with them) can be eliminated as well.

By providing basic items that are otherwise difficult to aquire, while trading them for current market rates or items of equal value, The TF2PC Trade Bot Network hopes to eliminate the hassle and frustration that comes with everyday trading.

Lastly, The TF2PC Trade Bot Network will determine the rates it's bots buy/sell at based off community input that is regularly posted on Backpack.TF and TF2PC. This means the traders that use and pricecheck items on both sites will indirectly determine how much The TF2PC Trade Bots are trading items for. This is because we feel the only way to ensure fair trading within The Mannconomy is to actually have the people who are trading the items to also set the barometer for the items they are trading.

TF2PC & The Price Guard hope to develop around 15 different bots for individual item categories or qualities, as well as multiple bots for each category or quality that will handle higher levels of trader usage.
