ABOUT Skywind

The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind reworked into TES:V engine.

This group was created with the intention of getting more visibility for the Skywind project. "Skywind" is the name of the conversion mod that brings Morrowind in its entirety to the newer Skyrim engine.

The folks at TESRenewal[tesrenewal.com] are looking for contributors. If you are passionate about TES and have spare time, then please head over there and find out what you can help out with.

This version is NOT available for public release, and does NOT mean it is close to a release. This is our largest update yet and we are very happy with the work that has been put in. Progress is being made as usual, but there is much to be done. If you want to support this project, visit https://tesrenewal.com/ for details!

Bethesda is publishing physical TES books...
Originally posted by Charlie Hall @ Polygon said::
Bethesda Softworks has announced that they are partnering with a publisher to make physical books that draw from the in-game lore of The Elder Scrolls Online and The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. In a press release issued on Tirdas, 21st Frostfall Bethesda says that Titan Books will be creating five "high-quality, in-universe artefacts" that will be available in the First Seed (March) of next year.

The first set, titled The Elder Scrolls Online: Tales of Tamriel - Vol. 1: The Land and Vol II: The Lore, will cover topics such as the Aldmeri Dominion, the Daggerfall Covenant, the Ebonheart Pact and the invasion by Daedric Prince Malag Bal. Each volume is said to contain nearly 100 "specially commissioned, never-before-seen pieces of art" framed by "in-game lore."

The second set will be titled The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - The Skyrim Library. It will be made of three books, including Vol I: The Histories, Vol II; Man, Mer and Beast and Vol III: The Arcane.

The books, while they draw from the in-game lore, should not be confused with a physical collection of in-game books. For that, users will still need to explore the games themselves, collecting and reading books as they go. Alternately, fan sites such at The Imperial Library contain every single piece of in-game writing ever published in The Elder Scrolls universe.

Bethesda has not yet revealed the pricing, but from what I gather, not cheap.

I would like to see some Skywind artwork uploaded to be shared here. Maybe some artwork uploaded to the Skyrim community hub. If ANYONE posts some, PM me and let me know. Maybe you can be the Player of the Week. :)

I saw this on TESRenewal today..."Announcements: about 10,000 new lines of content to be added. Recording to begin in december so check back then (Christmas break would be a perfect time for a lot of people to record perhaps)".... in a post from a contributor named taerkalith.
