Strongholds PVPVE Server is ready

Annunaki update 3.9.6 w/Hotfix was added today.
Updated IndomREX today.
Removed Level Fix - no longer needed with 3.9.6.
Removed X items arrows and darts from A.Adv had too much torpor for PVP.
Removed Bardges until a fix is found for them going poof.
Added to to MOTD so players know the server reboots daily at 7AM EST.

Valhalla Annunki Themed with high tech and a focus on base building with open world pvp.
Modifiers=50XP, 10T, 10G +H,S,O,W,A,F,C +DAY/-Night +Struct & more.
Open world PVPVE is the goal, so bases are buffed and have ORP.
Balanced around Small Clans and PVP to the best we can with current game settings.
Logging is on and Admins are for server maintenance and server issues only.
