Tip of the blade to the eye of the storm.

Hey guys, I know its near enough dead now but I will fix this. I've been busy with exams and now they are all wrapped up and I have 5 months till I need to worry about them again.

Another reason I started appearing less was the 'stress' of being a GM I guess you could call it. I've started to pay £10 a month just to stand around spamming adverts and then getting an earful about the state of the guild and this drove me away from the game. Basically I've only ever been the one recruiting, and once I felt we was at a good number I stopped and decided to just play. Well that was a mistake, all high officers went inactive leaving just me and Mal to manage the guild, slowly our numbers diminished with the lack of recruiting. I noticed this but thought nothing off it as it was only 1 person every few days. Exams came around and so did a purge on our numbers and well fell to 80. This we never recovered from, with a lack of recruitment or any help at all and me being unable to come on as much we took a big blow and now we are here, with 60 members and even officers leaving. There is only one thing I can say about this and its going to be blunt. Why don't you help instead of giving up. We need EVERYONE to pull their weight to recover from this because WE CAN recover and I promise you that we will. I will be on from 4-11pm uk time recruiting weekdays and 9(maybe 1 if im lazy)-2am recruiting on weekends. I will be making a location and timetable for officers and above to go recruit. All events will be lowered in scale to make way for recruitment as this is top priority. This is OUR guild, we need to work as a team instead of all splitting up and we all need to pull our weight, including me.
