DO A BARREL ROLL!

So peppy played in a match against some Pros. It was 6 pros playing by CEVO rules against 9 "pubstars". Well, suffice to say that Peppy was miles ahead in terms of skill of the rest of his team. They played Badlands, Badwater Basin and Gravel pits and the Pubstars lost(3-1), Won(2-0), and Lost(2-0) respectively. Of the few times that there has been a pubstar vs pros match, no pub team has done this good.


I watched the whole match and demos later and I think the major downfall of the Pub team lied in a few players who were godamn terrible.
The medic was an absolute idiot who Fox could medic into the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ground and the Pyro was a tard who couldn't reflect a rocket to save his life. The pub demo was alright and so was the scout but I feel James could play better than both of them. The sniper was good, I will give him that but in sniping, differences in skill show through pretty hard so he was often dead the to the superior pro sniper. The pub spy SUPRISINGLY got some backstabs. How does a team of 2 soldiers, 1 medic, 1 demo, 1 sniper, and 1 scout not notice an extra man? I guess pros don't deal with spies very much. As for good players, I though that peppy did an amazing job and held his own very well against the two soldiers the other team was allowed. He was clearly much better at getting around via rocket jumping and the difference in combat was very little. Good job peppy. The pub engi and heavy were also ballers. I would take them again.


Anyway, congrats on playing well and winning badwater peppy. I am going to try to get into the next one and enjoy reflecting two rockets at once all since the two soldiers always stay together.
