Remove Sniper

Sniper does nothing but make the game unfun for everyone else to play. He has no active role in the game other then make it unfun to play for everyone else. His gameplay loop resolves around nothing but sitting in the backline and make the game unfun for everyone else to play.

The game would be more fun for everyone if this class didn't exist.

Sniper have: a shield against spy, shield against pyro, jarate + melee which making mini-crits to crits so it's 100% melee crit, OP tauntkill. I love turning my head like crazy, i don't need to kill enemies or heal them, right? Oh, right, he's still can kill with bodyshot, which oneshots medic. Sniper is balanced btw
