This is a place where nothing happens. Except every now and then something happens, but no one notices. So really what I'm trying to say is that things may or may not be happening, beyond our attention. I know, it's confusing. Almost a paradox... Think of it this way; it's like the whole 'If a tree falls in the forest" saying, execpt instead of a specific thing happening, it's anything happening at all.
