Mii Leak

I was very hesitant to report on this, but now that we have Sabi's take, two PapaGeno's videos, two GameXplain videos, and lots of interest in the subject from the Smash community, it's safe to say that this leak needs to be covered.

Yesterday morning, a leak was posted that contained an image and a video of a Mallow and Cacodemon mii costumes. Faking an image of a fighter is easy, I've done it myself. Faking mii costumes would take much more effort since their designs don't yet exist. A video is just...I mean...wow. Now, this can be done with mods, people have been doing such to try and debunk the leak. However, all these debunking mods use helmets, which are easy to do. The hat, which Mallow uses, is much harder due to how mii work. This is especially true because this hat has jiggle physics. This is a very strange leak, since it would be an awful lot of effort for mii costumes if this is indeed fake, but all things considered this is probably real. These mii costumes would greatly boost the chances of Geno and Doom Slayer getting in as well.

As for Sabi's take, it's not much. He's confused as none of his sources or fellow leakers know if it's actually real or not. We're gonna have to wait until either these costumes come out, don't come out, or Sabi finally gets an answer. See you then!

Lloyd Irving/Soul Calibur Hint, Terry Bogard Incoming, Reimu Reinforced

This is just a quick update since I'm gonna watch One Punch Man again soon!

First story comes from Bandai Namco's Latin America division. Apparently, they teased another Bandai rep in Smash! In the tease, they said that they've heard Lloyd Irving is a possible candidate, but then go on to say a Soul Calibur rep should also be considered. At first glance this seems more like confirmation than a leak, but some have said this message was actually an automatic response generated by an AI, so it could be nothing.

Next story was pointed out by NintenZ on Twitter. The spirit event that started today had SNK listed in the credits, which could mean Terry Bogard is coming very soon! Additionally, a blue dot appeared next to the Super Smash Bros Youtube channel, which means something was added to the channel. This dot will appear even if the video isn't public yet, so it's likely a trailer for Terry. Finally, the Smash website changed Terry's status from "coming November 2019" to "coming soon", but then reverted to "coming November 2019". What this COULD mean is that Terry was meant to come out early in November, but was delayed to late November for some reason. Or it could mean we may see him in the next few days, so keep an eye out!

Final story is an update on the Doujin leak. Some had discarded the leak based on the fact that the leak relies on the credibility of the leaker, and the thing he leaked actually came out before the leaker had posted his claims. However, it has been pointed out that the official image that was "leaked" was actually slightly different than what the leaker posted, so he didn't just copy and paste to try and seem credible. This story doesn't change much, it just reinforces the Doujin leak.
