At 10 am PDT, Oct. 28th, Batman: Arkham Knight will be re-released for the PC platform. At the same time we’ll also be releasing a patch that brings the PC version fully up-to-date with content that has been released for console (with the exception of console exclusives).

This means that next week, all PC players will have access to Photo Mode, Big Head Mode, Batman: Arkham Asylum Batman Skin, and character selection in combat AR challenges. Season Pass holders will have access to all content released since launch, including:

Invites for the closed Doom reboot multiplayer alpha are rolling out now ahead of its launch this weekend, according to an announcement on the official Doom twitter account. Sign-ups for the closed alpha opened up last week for those who bought Wolfenstein: The New Order on or before May 26, 2014.

One map, the industrial-themed Heatwave, and 6v6 team deathmatch will only be available during the alpha. Players will get to try out Power Weapon Gauss Cannon along with regular weapons and tools like the Vortex Rifle, the Super Shotgun, the Repeater, the Rocket Launcher, the Static Cannon, Plasma Rifle, Frag Grenades and Personal Teleporters.

Bethesda announced last year that Wolfenstein: The New Order owners would also get access to the yet-to-be-dated Doom beta.

Wolfenstein on PlayStation 3 grants access to the beta on PlayStation 4 without needing a PS Plus subscription to participate. The Xbox 360 version opens access to the Xbox One beta and requires an Xbox Live Gold membership.

So, play some old Doom games meanwhile and get ready to kill some demons in 60 FPS.

DOOM is set to release in Q1/Q2 2016 on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
