[Historically, "fleet prefect" is actually a person commanding a fleet, just like an Admiral does today. But in this group, the Fleet Prefect has the command of inspecting the fleet of its status of hygene, command, and loyalty, oversee all trade routes, and levy new fleets. When SPQR is at war, the fleet prefects will take command of the nearest fleets and act under Antonius' commands. Should a Fleet Prefect want to disband a fleet, they will have to talk to the Admiral of the Navy. Ultimately, they will have to answer to the Imperator as well.]

PRAETORIAN FLEETS

[The Praetorian Fleets are major fleets that guard the Italian lands from invasion from the sea. There are only two stationed at Ravenna and at Portus Julius. Only the honourable and the loyal gets to command those fleets.]
