semi-virgin someone who hasn't got past third base.
Has not gone all the way, but has a great deal of experience.

It's indeed a weird practice. it's when girls avoid having intercourse but woud still do everything else like,oral sex and all... just to avoid popping her cherry til marriage.but what's the point at all?
