SYNCAB is ... ?

The idea of SYNCAB is a place for everyone to post news that is relevant to our interests. Mainly, this is probably going to be IT/IS devoted (especially recent posts about SOPA and PIPA) but it would be nice if this was a more specific news dump for all the things that may actually be interesting. If you want to read about mainstream stuff, you can go to any of the other sites, but it would be nice if important (which is decided among us) articles/events were only posted here.

SYNCAB doesn't mean anything. You can come up for things it may mean, but I really just wanted something that Steam wouldn't immediately say was in use. And this is neither DD centric nor is it sponsored by DD. I will make Officers out of people who post. And it is private, but you should be able to invite friends, and anyone who's in the group can post. If there's something that shouldn't be there, it'll be removed.

If you post news articles, try to not post anything heavily biased on your part. A small descrpition of the link you intend to post as a summary is effective. :)

If this takes off, maybe we'll get a domain and try to do this properly.
